March round up

Just a tiny craft spend, but it is the gardening season, I had not planned for the £30.99 spent on netting which hubby got me, I did add it to this list. March is always expensive, so many lovely plants, it's shocking how quickly these smallish amounts together become huge.

Nothing on clothes, I'm hoping for a nice low spend year. Hubby got me a jumper for Mothers day.

I have read 12 books this month.

Household spend was good, we already had all the outside paint left over from last time, expensive time at vets, Lilly is now sorted.

All's good in the kitchen no waste, watching what we eat, it's all normal for us.

Weight, not shifting any pounds, I swing between I need to lose the pounds and at my age should I worry, I have lost a couple of pounds this week, I am going to try harder through April, in hope I can get back into more pairs of my trousers.

    1. These list are not about saving money, just allowing me to be aware of what I spend.

  2. It's always lovely to spend money on the garden. Plants bring so much joy. Well done on your low craft spend. Mine was not so low this month.

  4. I am also trying to lose a few pounds. I just got a new cabinet painting in my kitchen, so I've been tempted to stock them full of yummy treats. Thanks for sharing an update on your journey, it's always helpful to hear others.

  5. It's very tempting to spend when you visit a garden centre or nursery, so many lovely plants which will look great in your garden. I've just taken stock of my empty pots and there's a few needing new plants and I want some new pots for the front of the house so we've definitely got some plant shopping on the agenda.

  6. I haven't been spending cash on the garden yet, but that is coming very soon.

    God bless.
