Rovaris 'Love'
I am using DMC 23ct linen, with one strand of
DMC 3837 purple, 470 green, 601 cerise
I have chosen DMC 742, yellow for the final letter 'E', this will be a gift,
so I want it to be vibrant and make the receiver smile.
I picked Josh and Sam up from school, and had a wonderful surprise, neither wanted McDonalds for tea, so after a home cooked tea, they had a treat of chocolate cake. We spent time in the garden, not football, the lawn was too wet, but they ran around and played tag. I love to see them play together, Josh at 9 is really good and loves to play with Sam.Later the semi final of the Sewing Bee, this programme grows on me, I was not sure in the first series, it was a shock and a bonus to see so many men in this years contestants, and now the line up of the final (not saying who, just in case someone has not seen last night). I can not imagine how hard it must be to sew under time pressure, when I do sew, I take my time checking and ensuring every thing is right.
I am meeting an old work friend for lunch today to have a catch up, I also have a couple of books for her.
Enjoy your day
Wow, that is beautiful, I really like the colour choice too.
